Kansas City Deck Building Market Prices

We are a prominent deck builder in the Kansas City Metro Area. Our current pricing (as of July 17th, 2008) is as follows.
The square footage equation is not completely accurate because there are always variables.
height off the ground
number of piers/beams/stairs
several brands of composites and other materials
different grades of lumber (including treated,cedar,tropical hardwoods)
There are also extenuating circumstances which may increase or decrease the cost of a deck.
Upgrades such as benches, planters and skirting would also be additional costs. With this in mind, here are some averages to consider.
Treated:
$7.00/sq.ft.-materials, $15.00/sq.ft.-labor
Cedar:
$15.00/sq.ft.-materials, $16.00/sq.ft.-labor
Composite (Evergrain):
$18.50/sq.ft.-materials, $18.00/sq.ft.-labor
