"I just thought you might like to see your product in action. I am so happy I found your Titan Post Anchors on the internet. I love the way they look, and were very easy to install. And I can't believe how sturdy they are. They made my deck remodel project a whole lot easier.
"As you notice I installed low wattage lighting on the posts. I just drilled a 3/8" hole from the bottom of the post 12" deep in the center of Titan Post Anchor. The light is mounted about 16" off the deck. I then drilled a 3/8" hole at about a 45 degree angle to meet the hole in the center coming up from the bottom.
"Next I ran the wiring through my drill holes out the bottom of the post, marked the post locations on the deck, drilled a 3/8" hole through the deck on the center point of the post location. Run the wire through that hole, and mount the posts as normal. All connections are done on the under side of the deck out of sight.

"When I took this job on I new it would take some time as challeges arose when I inspected the deck supporting structure. I was faced with cutting through the decking and lagging the posts to the 2 x 10 face plate or so I thought. It turned out the it was not a 2 x 10 but a 1/2" x 10" for show only. This made me look to the net for help. I came across your website and read about the Titan connectors and they looked like a viable solution to a novice.
I quickly ordered the connectors as a complete kit so I wouldn't have to run around for bits and pieces. I didn't have to re-brace anything underneath as I was lucky that 2 joists met for 3 of the connectors so I have 6 lag bolts in solid. The shortest post I have 4 into solid joists.
The fence is very sturdy and my friend, well she thinks I am a real carpenter.

"Just finished a wooden railing installation using the Titan wood post anchor system. I installed this on an L-shaped landscape block wall using the Caliburn PH concrete screws to secure the post bases to the block caps - I had to grind down the block to get the bases level and posts plumb. We were pleasantly surprised to see just how sturdy the railing is, and hope the bases remain rust free (had you offered the stainless anchors I would have purchased those). Your product works well and the post skirts blend well with the stone."
