You can hire anyone to build a deck for a standard price,and usually they will immediately start cutting corners.If quality and excellent craftsmanship is what you desire,you will pay more.

From what I can tell those are very reasonable rates for building a basic deck. And considering if the the builder has a good history with customers in this area then this would be a really good value and represents a good middle ground for deck building costs.
