Patio Heaters - Enjoy Your Deck 2-3 Months Longer
I was shocked to feel the amount of heat that the new gas powered patio heaters kick out.
I was at a friends dinner party recently and it was a beautiful evening. Everyone was sitting around chatting beneath the star filled sky - having a great time.
But it was starting to get cool. Cool enough that we were going to leave the roof top deck for inside. But we turned on the patio heater and in seconds we were warm as toast! And this was a big deck - about 20 feet by 10 feet.
There were almost a dozen people on the patio deck and we continued on with the party for a couple more hours. It was great.
Before this I never really appreciated the amount of heat these patio heaters can kick out. But as you can see by this picture it was more than enough to keep the area toasty warm.
This was just your average style heater. It wasn't a super expensive commercial version. But take a look at the heating element and the dish and you can see why its so effective.
So it is really impressive what these residential patio heaters can do. They can literally extend the use of your deck by two to three months! Is that worth it for you?
