Heck of a Deck

This project involved doubling the existing 16' X 12' deck to include a new lower deck designed to support a 6 person hot tub and cedar gazebo.

We installed a total of 8 "Bigfoot" forms for the Sono-tubes to support the load. All framing and vertical surfaces are made from pressure treated lumber that was finished using Cabot Clear Solutions stain. Trex lumber was used on all vertical surfaces to provide a maintenance free enjoyment.

This new deck is about "Quality of Life" and it allows us to spend quality time with our family and friends year round, not to mention it helps you to forget about those long winters.
