Deck Just Finished in Winchester VA

My 28' x 17' deck was just completed. I bought the materials and paid a contractor just for labor.

It consisted of all pressure treated lumber. 2x6 decking, 4x4 posts, 3/4" black Dekorator aluminum balusters, 6x6 support posts, 2x12 floor joists. No stairs. 13' off of the ground.

Labor was $4200. Materials were $2800.

Now I am drinking a cocktail and enjoying the scenery.
